RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
All Sales are FINAL. We only offer exchanges or store credit, which does not have an expiration date.
To exchange your item for a different item/size, please make a new order for your desired item(s), and request a return for your current item(s) via email to info@bubon.co including your name, order number, reason for return and images of the item, within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return is approved, you have 14 days to post your items to us.

 The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the original item(s). Postage fees will not be refunded. BUBON is also not responsible for customs fees on returns, or lost or missing returns due to untracked services.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn/unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached and in its original packaging. There must be no damage, stains, hairs or odours. Items that do not meet the required conditions, will be returned to the customer. 

 This policy helps us maintain fair pricing, product availability, and sustainability. We appreciate your understanding and encourage customers to reach out before ordering large quantities if sizing guidance is needed.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED
We thoroughly quality check your item(s) to ensure quality and to make sure the order is correct, but in the case that your items appear defected or you have received the wrong items, please contact info@bubon.co with your order number, within 7 days of receiving the item.
 

SALE
All Sale items are FINAL. Sale items will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges. Please refer to the size guides and item measurements provided on the product page to ensure that your item fits correctly. Sale items include items where a sale/holiday sale/promotional discount code has been used. Faulty/damaged sale items can only be exchanged.
 

PRE-ORDERS
Once orders have been placed, items/sizes cannot be amended or cancelled. These items are non refundable as items have been specifically made to order. Should you wish to cancel your order prior to shipping, you are eligible to exchange for a different item(s) only.
