SALE
All Sale items are Final. Sale items will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges. Please refer to the size guides and item measurements provided on the product page to ensure that your item fits correctly. Sale items include items where a sale/holiday sale/promotional discount code has been used. Faulty/damaged sale items can only be exchanged.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn/unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached and in its original packaging. There must be no damage, stains, hairs or odours. Items that do not meet the required conditions, will be returned to the customer, or may have a repairing/replacement fee deducted from the refund.
If you would like to request a return for your item(s) please send an email to info@bubon.co including your name, order number, reason for return and images of the item, within 14 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the original item(s). Postage fees will not be refunded. BUBON is also not responsible for customs fees on returns, or lost or missing returns due to untracked services.
RETURN FEES
The return fee cost will be deducted from the refund amount of your order.

ORDERS OVER 4KG
A restocking fee of 10% of your order may apply to returns that involve bulk orders or full-order returns.
We understand that customers may occasionally need to order multiple items to find the right fit. However, we reserve the right to monitor and limit returns that appear excessive or inconsistent with personal use.
Orders that show patterns of bulk purchasing followed by the return of most or all items may be:
– Subject to a restocking fee
– Refused for return or refund
– Or require prior approval for future orders
This policy helps us maintain fair pricing, product availability, and sustainability. We appreciate your understanding and encourage customers to reach out before ordering large quantities if sizing guidance is needed.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are not currently accepted. If you would like to exchange your item for a different item/size, please make a new order for your desired item(s), and request a return for your current item(s) via email to info@bubon.co including your order number within 14 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the original item(s).
PRE-ORDERS
Once orders have been placed, items/sizes cannot be amended or cancelled. These items are non refundable as items have been specifically made to order. Should you wish to cancel your order prior to shipping, you are eligible to exchange for a different item(s) only.
